the graph indicates the proportion of four different materials from 1982 to 2010 in a particular country.Overall, there is have a opposite between paper & cardboard and plastics,its about 66% for paper & cardboard and 4% for plastics, glass containers have 50% recycling rate and alumininium cans about 5%.

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out.

from my view, learning english at school can improve grammar,writing but cant make your speaking and listening more better.Opposite local languages have more realistic and interested because when you learn from local people, you can know about the accent where you learning, maybe the local people will tell you many story so that can make you more fun from learing english
