Answer

Many feel that learning English at school is seem to more crucial than learning local languages without teaching at school, causing many people give up English languages. Having been an student with my major is English teaching. I strongly disagree to this idea because there are several reasons for this.

On the one hand, learning english at school just teach about theoretical without practical, it makes to students easily bored which leading to decline motivation on studying. In school, teacher teaches about grammar, vocabulary, but practicing speaking is not effective to pupils. The reasons are lack training teacher, upgrade new course led students learning english at school is not effective like learning without local language or studying abroad. For example, some university students is only know a little about grammar English and don’t remember anything about knowledge in high school. This is showed that learning English at school is less important than learning local language.

On the other hand, the important thing is local languges making student easily accesss to foreigner, helping them improve their speaking English skills, knowing more culture and achieving the most effective during learning with local culture. Moreover, pupils practices with local people who still have a communication with foreigner fluently, witnessing ability learning school less significant than learning by have a conversation to other. For instance, some teenagers on social currently showing that ability learn by themselve which helping hits the aim ielts or hits high score on school, but they are learning English by studying to other, talk with friend overseas.

In conclusion, learning at school is helping students know about the knowledge, but understanding and effective are learning by local languages, it not only helps pupils improves some skills which pivital in conversation, but it also showing other culture, knowing more about foreigners. I strongly believe that learning with local people is the best way to enhance speaking English and confident when talks to someone.
