The graph below shows the proportion of four different materials that were recycled from 1982 to 2010 in a particular country.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Answer

The line graph illustrates the percentage of four different materials that were recycled between 1982 and 2010 in a particular country.
Overall, there was an increase in recycling rate, with aluminium witnessing the most dramatic rise. In addition, paper and cardboard is the highest figure.
In 1982, the share of paper and cardboard started at 65%, after which it experience a significant growth to 80% in 1994, before ending the period at 70%. Similar changes can be seen in the figure for glass containers, which a gradual but consistent increase from 50% in 1982 to 60% in 2010.
The plastics had lowest initial percentage at 4% in 1982 , in comparison with aluminium cans 5%. The figure for aluminium cans rose remarkable to peaked at 35% at the end the period. Conversely, the figure for plastics fluctuated and rose slightly around 10% over the period.

Write about the following topic:

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out. 

In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how?

 

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

There has been a trend that learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local language. In my opinion, this situation represents a positive development. There are numbers of reasons behind this trend, and several solution should be taken to ensure the survival of local language
On the one hand, studying English at school can important to improve creative for children. This is because it can boost potential students have confident to speak. For example, students can have learn by themselves when thay bé interested in new language, they want to travel around the world .As a result, they can more smart have significant experience
On the other hand, learning English at school can have a negative effects for children. Due to its harmful, English can make students don’t respect mother language. For instance, they speak English every where, they forget to speaking local language. As a result, some students don’t like to speak local language.
It is important for everyone to learn English but we should raise awareness for everyone to ensure the survival of local languages. In addition, people can make commercial to make local language more and more common in internet, so everyone in the world can see that.
In conclusion, learning English at school have both positive and negative effects. It depended our actions and awarness.
