overall, the rate of plastic, glass containers also aluminum cans have an upward trend, furthermore, the amount of paper and cardboard has the highest rank, in contrast, paper and cardboard has a downward trend, moreover, the fraction of plastic has the lowest position over the period
the proportion of paper and cardboard was 65% in 1982
and has a fluctuation that was 80% and declined from 80% to 70% in 2010, the percentage of glass containers was 50% and had slightly decreased from 50% to 40% also had a remarkable increase from 40% to 60% in 2010
the rate of aluminum was 2% in 1986 and had a noticeable growth from 2% to 45% in 2010, the rate of plastic in 1990 was 2% and increased to approximately 10%

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out.

In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how?

in the modern age, having many arguments about learning English at school play a significant role more than studying locals languages, whereas, if the mother tongue is not taught, we will never know the origin, in my opinion, English is a vital subject that student must study more than locals languages
there some several reasons why English is crucial in this decade, to kick off, colleges nowadays starting to apply the certification degree such as IELTS to graduate from university, so English has a great benefit for people who are good at language furthermore, English is a factor which makes you easier to get a job with high income, in addition to, English is a popular language in many countries so you will have a numerous opportunity to learn a lot of culture in the world, also you will have a chance to communicate with foreigner to help them when they travel in another country, according to the education ministry, the percentage of student who is studying ielts have a noticeable growth from 60% to 81% in 2020 to 2022
