The graph below shows the proportion of four different materials that were recycled from 1982 to 2010 in a particular country.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The chart below give information about Rencycling Rate for Selected Materials 1982-2010
Firts, seen from the graph we can see plastics from 1990 to 2010 was very low, from nearly 0 to less than 10. A very low number
Sencond, seems to have gotten better, alumininium cans from 1986 to2010 increased significantly, it can be seen that since 1986 it was almost at the bottom but by 2010 it had reached approximately 50
Next, Glassware seems to be used for recycling more, it was recycled from 1982 continuing to 2010 in quiet large quantities, from 50 to 6. I think it continues to work to this day
Finaly, as is shown Paper&cardboard can be said to be the highest, it started in 1982 with an index of 65 and seemed to be recycled a lot in 1986 with an index of 60, by 1990 it decreased to only 65, but by 1994 it increased to 80. then in the following year until 2010 it continued tp decrease but not significantly

Write about the following topic:

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out.

In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
