The line graph illustrate the percentage of four different materials,which people recycled from 1982 to 2010 in a particular country.Overall,Alumininium cans have the greatest increased in 1982 to 2010.Alought Plastics have the lowest from 1982 to 2010.The Paper and cardboard and Glass containers have a fluctuation between 1982 to 2010.
In 1982 around 65% paper and cardboard which were recycled has been rose(70%) and then have the same percent with 1982 in 1990 about 65%.The percentage of glass containers which people recycled having slightly decreased in 1982 to 1990.However,it has been dramatically rose between 1990 to 2010.
Alumininium cans,which not the highest percent in 1982 to 2010,but it has a best changing about 4% in 1986 to 45% in 2010.In the line graph the plastics has been a lowest percent and changing approximately 3% in 1990 to 9% in 2010

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out.

In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how?

In the recent years,learning English at school and learning local languages has become aboard issue.Some individuals believe that everyone should learn English at school has very important.However,others think that learning local languages have many benefits than learning English at school.In my opinion i think both idea has an important for everyone.Discussed below are several supporting my perpective.
First and foremost,people should recognize that learning English has important and has various advantage for eveyone.A vey important point to consider is that people can have a new language to communicate with anyone in different country.This mean that people can go to any country they can not hire an interpreter to translate what people say.To illustrate this point,i would like to mention that my sister who has know four different languages.She can travel many country and communicate with anyone she met without encountering any obstacies.
