The line chart illustrates the percentage of four types of materials that was recycled between 1982 and 2010. Overall, paper and cardboard were recycled at the highest rate, while the recycling rate for plastics was the least. Additionally, all the percentage of recycled each type of materials increased during this period.

Regarding paper and cardboard, the recycling rate of its was about 65% in 1982, which was the highest percentage. After reaching a highest point at 80% in 1994, the proportion of its which was recycled declined continuously, ending at 70% in 2010. For the recycling rate of glass containers, this reached at 50% in 1982, before decrease by 10% in 1990, peaking the lowest point. During next two decades, this rate went up significantly to 60% in 2010.

In terms of the proportion of aluminium cans that was recycled, it was reported at about 5% in 1986, before rising dramatically to nearly 50% in 2010. Turning to the recycling rate of plastics, this was just under 5% in 1990. The time shown witnessed a stable growth in this rate, with the figure ending at 10% in 2010.

It is often seen as more crucial to teaching English at school than local languages. Should these not are taught, many are at risk of dying out .From my perspective, English is important for people due to broaden their career and avoiding out of date, however, it is also crucial to pay attention on learning local languages by ensure a equal schedule for English and local at school, and organizing some competition related to local languages.

On the one hand, there are several reason made English become more important to have more lessons at school. First, learning English at school can help them build a good foundation to become a good English user, and easy to achieve a English certification like IELTS or TOEIC. Additionally, many big companies require high languages standard for their staff, so being good at English may help people broaden their job opportunities. Second, with the develop of technology, English, known as word languages, will help them accessing modern knowledge and tools, which usually release in foreign articles. In this way, people can gain more useful information and ensure not being out of date.

On the other hand, while English plays an important role for students, local languages is also crucial for them. Because acting as a bridge to connect students to their parents, relatives and hometown, local languages should be ensured their survival. To begin with, school should divide lesson equally between local languages and English to make sure that students learning enough knowledge to more understand and love local languages. Furthermore, school may cooperate with local authotities to organize some competition related to local languages ,such as write a letter about a topic, or tell about historical, to encourage and inspired them learning local languages.

In conclusion, sometimes, learning English is become more important than learning local languages at school. If these are not taught, many are under the risk of dying out.
