The graph above illustrates the percentage of the amount of different materials being recycled from the year of 1982 to 2010. The recylcing rate of the paper and cardboard seems to be the highest over 18 years. However, it was constantly declining from 1995. In contast, people tends to increase the recycling of glass containers, its percentage of 60% in 2010 compared to the 70% rate of reused is slightly lower, but the increasing pattern reflects a prediction of a higher demand for recycling glass container than paper and cardboard. Moreover, the percentage of reusing Aluminium cans highlights the intentions of the awareness of protecting the environment from many people, this is eveident in the rate of this material being used for more than one time has increase from 20% to 45% in 18 years. Answer

Learning languages is a very crucial skills that students need to develop, especially English, this is an official language that many people agree to use as a communication tool all over the world today. However, we need to balance between learning English and our local languages to keep our traditions and symbolisation of our country.

Learning English is an important skill as we use it to communicate with people from other countries in the world. This will open your opportunity to share the diversity of cultures and ideas from people who experience different lifestyles and environment. For example, when you go travel, English could be a perfect compassion that might help you with challenging situations such as getting lost in the city, having trouble with public transport or seeking support from therapists, doctors or agencies. So, all travellers would expect to have the ability to speak English for communication and being connected to others in a different country and they may explore the their cultures fully and meaningfully. In my experience, im an international student who study in Australia for years, I find out that without English I could create misunderstanding in my relationships with friends and teachers as well as a sense of loneliness and isolation in a country that doesn’t speak Vietnamese. I believe that schools should provide an opportunity for students to learn English as an important skill that could be applied to real-world situations.

Secondly, learning a second language can help students with their development. Many researches highlight that children who study more than languages can be more intelligent as when you learn a language you need to use your attention to mimic the sounds and pronunciation of the words, memorisation skill to learn vocabulary and analytical thinking for understand reading tasks and grammar exercises. Students will get advantages as learning a language is not only understanding the meaning of the words but also to use it in the right situations with the correct tones and expression which contribute to the children’s brain development, attention span, communication and social skills. For instance, besides doing work in class, schools can come up with an excursion where students can meet other friends from a foreign country and share their cultures, life-style and experience or competitions that students can practice their presentation skill and creativity with different ideas or solutions for the society’s struggles in today world. The whole generation should not miss these opportunity as this shows a really advanced and developed education for the country.

In contrast, the necessary of learning our native language cannot be ignored as this is a symbol of the country that represent its own identity of millions of the population. Learning our first- mother language is a “must” for the young generation as they need to understand where they come from and be proud of who they are in the society. We should keep the tradition as it is a beautiful treasure that the old generations had created and kept till today. As we know, Vietnam has a long history of the people fighting for peace, freedom and their traditional value. So, we should keep these beautiful practices by learning our langauges which also leads the students to identify true belongings and create an inclusive environment for the community.

In conclusion, our mother language and English is very neccessary in everyday life that schools need to introduced in education system for a develpment society today.
