the line graph show the recyling rate for selected material between 1982-2010
the highest figure can be seen in paper and cardboard and the most significant fluctuation can be recorded in alumininum cans and the lowest figure can be seen in plastics
the paper and cardboard is the highest percent in 1982 and witness between 1982 and 1990 but they have a increased slowly in 1994 and then the paper and cardboard has a significant decreased between 1994 and 2010
the smallest figure in the chart is plastics, the plastics have no changed significantly in 1990 to 2010 but this has a increased slightly and the alumini nium cans also have a increased but that is considerable increase between 1986 and 2010 and this is the most of percent in increase during the same period , there were no changes in the percent on glass containers.This figure started at 50 percent and increased slightly at around 60 percent from 1982 to 2010

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out.

In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how?
