The graph below shows the proportion of four different materials that were recycled from 1982 to 2010 in a particular country. Now we have 4 lines. Firstly we have blue line is paper and cardboard, secondly we have orange line is Glass containers, thirdly we have Alumininium cans, next one purple line is Plastics. Now we will talking about per cent of 4 lines, look! years 1994 blue line get highest by 80 per cent, years 2010 orange, green and purple lines get highest by about 60%, 45%, 8%. Now we can see, the blue line is highest in the board and purple line is lowest in the board, from 1982 to 2010, all lines is ascending. Total this country recycles materials quite very well.

Write about the following topic:

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out.

In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
