the board above illutrated the percentage of four different materials which were recycled between 1982 and 2010 in a directly country.

Firstly, Paper and cardboard materials in 1982 to early 1994 have well recycled by people , from 1994 to 2010 , it has been badly decreased of recycling by people.

Secondly, Glass containers in between 1982 to 1990 was also badly recycled; however , the percentage of glass containers material was increased clearly.

Third, Aluminium cans started recycling at 1986 but quickly get recycled by people.

Fourth, Plastics also started at 1990 , the material which is very familiar to people nowadays , was normally getting recycled

Write about the following topic:

Learning English at school is often seen as more important than learning local languages. If these are not taught, many are at risk of dying out.

In your opinion, is it important for everyone to learn English? Should we try to ensure the survival of local languages and, if so, how?
